Donna Micucci Horn is an Atlanta-based artist.     She paints abstracts,  and  also landscapes, which  edge into abstraction in varying degree.   Using oil, often thickened with cold wax medium, creating inventive color palettes, the artist balances shape and line in her compositions.  By editing these images through a process of layering and scraping, in multiple iterations, she infuses the work with meaning and emotion for the viewer to uncover,
